| Job function and responsibilities |
- Oversee and ensure the correct functioning of the computer and communications services of the firm, both internally as well as externally for Xaguar´s clients
- Maintain the level of service of the computer and communications resources (servers, networks, etc.) according to our quality standards and in accordance with our client commitments, according to internal procedure and international quality standards
- Responsibility for appropriate emergency procedures and their readiness, as well as their implementation in case of an emergency
- Contact person with suppliers of communications, hosting services, software, etc.
- Continuing self-development in the area of expertise with the goal of promoting a competitive edge in the investigation and development of new technologies for Xaguar and its clients
- Identify, develop and implement the necessary steps to be efficient in the area of specialty
- Be an active resource in corporate processes such as selection and recruitment, identification of business opportunities, etc.

- A college degree related to Computer Systems Engineering

| Required Experience |
- Minimum experience in the installation, use and operation of Linux or some other form of UNIX
- Minimum experience in the use, operation and monitoring of web and mail servers
- Minimum experience in network administration and Internet infrastructure
