| Job function and responsibilities |
- Responsibility for visual conceptualization and graphic design of Xaguar´s software products and for other projects undertaken with clients
- Responsibility to carry out post-production on design files
- Be Xaguar´s contact person with advertising agencies and outside designers
- Create design solutions for specific problems, assuring that aesthetics are
in line with approved systems and functionality
- Familiarity with the design and production tools to be able to choose the
most appropriate tool for each problem
- Propose solutions and alternatives for both explicit and implicit problems
in the design of Xaguar´s software products which increase the value
of the product
- Proactively propose new designs for software products
- Become an expert in the use of the tools of design and production
- Be customer service-oriented with client contact when necessary
- Continuing self-improvement within the area of expertise so as to be able
to provide Xaguar and its clients competitive advantages in the identification
of new design-related technology and tools
- Be able to identify, develop and implement the necessary processes to be
efficient in the area of expertise
- Be an active resource in corporate processes, such as selection and recruitment, identification of business opportunities, etc.

- Some experience in designing for Internet, or in its absence, experience in corporate, multimedia or editorial design
