- Responsibility for the development of Xaguar´s software products
- Design and creation of software-based solutions for specific problems
- Familiarity with the tools of analysis, design, and development in order to choose the most appropriate tool for each problem
- Propose solutions and alternatives to both explicit and implicit problems within our software products in order to increase the products´value
- Design and proactively propose new products or software tools
- Convert into an expert in the use of our development tools
- Be customer service oriented with client contact when necessary
- Continuing self-development in the area of expertise with the goal of promoting a competitive edge in the investigation and development of new technologies for Xaguar and its clients
- Be an active resource in corporate processes, such as selection and recruitment, identification of business opportunities, etc.
