| Job function and responsibilities |
- Design and development of help materials, description and communication of Xaguar´s products and services
- Design of communication standards and strategies, reflecting them through interactive, electronic and print media.
- Design and prepare technical classes (both virtual and physical), the course material and instructors´ courses for training in our software tools
- Responsibility to maintain manuals, helps and other pertinent documents, assuring that they are in sync with the appropriate application versions
- Continual self-improvement within the area of expertise to provide Xaguar and its clients competitive advantage in the investigation and development of new technologies and communication strategies
- Be an active resource in corporate processes, such as selection and recruitment, identification of business opportunities, etc.
